1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PayLab Pro ("the Software"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Software Usage & License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Software. We retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Software, including all related intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or republish any of our copyrighted material.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly). At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or PayLab Pro cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting support.

4. Limitation of Liability

PayLab Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
